1. Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

We accept returns for products within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all returns within the 30-day return window. You’ll be provided with a return label upon initiating your return request.

3. No Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returns. We want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

4. No Final Sale Items

We do not have any "final sale" items. All items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days, provided they meet the return conditions.

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@infinitywarehouseau.com

 Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  Highbury Road, Burwood Victoria 3125, Australia.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Our refund process usually takes 10 days from initiating the process to refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, and cover any associated return shipping costs. This is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected. If a product does not meet the Australian Consumer Guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
