Shipping Policy

At Infinity Warehouse, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of order. Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST will be processed the following business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over A$100.
• Standard Shipping for orders under A$99.99 is a flat rate of A$10.

All prices are tax inclusive.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can track its journey.

Important Notes

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
• Please double-check that all shipping information is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.
